Moist Surge Lotion III+ is a highly concentrated hydrating lotion, a stronger counterpart to the standard Deep Surge Lotion III. Rather than just hydrating the surface, it works to restore skin’s own ability to retain water by strengthening its Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF) and barrier structures. Suitable for all skin types, it shows the strongest effect on dry, dehydrated, or dull skin.

3) HOW TO USE
Can be used as a standalone lotion or as the first step before Deep Surge Lotion, applied right after cleansing. Reapplication is recommended on especially dry areas (around the mouth and eyes).
